Step 2:
PURCHASE VENDOR TICKET(S) AND TEMPORARY SELLER'S PERMIT IF VENDOR DOES NOT HAVE A CITY OF RENO BUSINESS LICENSE
Each returning or new vendor will need to fill out page 8 of the Seller's Contract ONCE for the 2026 season. This agreement is valid for all shows unless otherwise stated or any changes to the vendors licensing/address, etc. have occurred.
Return page 8 of the Seller's Contract to:
New vendors should wait until they've been approved before purchasinga vendor ticket(s). After submitting page 8 of the Seller's Contract to the above email, vendors will be notified within 1-2 days regarding their submission.
Once approved and ticket(s) are purchased, vendors will recieve an email when their tickets have shipped. Booth numbers will be provided within that confirmation email and tickets sent will have details about time slots, booth locations, sections, entrance and exits as well as day if contact information. Please be sure to review all terms, important vendor information and all restrictions provided on the Seller's Contract. The maps above show how the faire is laid out in secrions and all booths are listed.
Tickets are sent via USPS and will arrive within a few business days. If a vendor has not recieved their ticket by the Friday before the event, please call or email RAF so we can put you on will-call.

Please Note: Purchasing a vendor ticket does not guarantee booth approval. We carefully review all applications to ensure merchandise rules are followed. If we are unable to accommodate your booth, you will receive an email notification and a full refund.

Antique/Vintage vendor fee is $85 per event for a 12' wide x 10’ deep space.
Food & Bev vendor fee is $125 per event for a 30’ wide x 20’ deep space.
Corner booths are $95.00

No- once your application is approved, it’s valid for all Reno Antique Faire’s current years events.

Antique/Vintage vendors are assigned entrance times depending on their section. Each vendor will have their proper load in and load out times as well as enter/exit streets on their tickets. The section times, entrances and exits are all found on the Seller’s Contract. The vendor map above also lays out the sections and booth locations for recernce.
Food & Bev vendors setup time is from 8:00 AM - 900 AM

Street parking and downtown parking garages are free on Sundays. Cal Neva & El Dorado parking garages are closest if street parking isn’t available.

Our event is focused on antique and vintage items, meaning, all items must be at least 20 years old. No handmade or "new” items are allowed and the event will be monitored to make sure these rules are followed. Vendors that chose to not follow the rules and are caught at the event, will not be welcomed back.

All vendor fees are non-refundable. If the event is canceled due to weather, your ticket will automatically roll over to the next month’s Faire.

Antique/Vintage vendors: To be fully licensed, vendors will need a Nevada State Business License, a NV Sales and Use Tax Permit and A City of Reno Business License. All if which ve dors will list on their application.
Vendors can also just hold a NV Business License, a NV Sales and Use Tax Permit and purchase the $15 temporary sellers permit for each event, in lieu of the City of Reno Business License, available on this page. RAF submits that fee to the city on your behalf.
Lastly, a vendor can hold no licenses and only vend 2 events per year, but also must do the following:
Purchase a $15 temporary seller permit and submit a check to the promoter for your total sales tax collect at the event. Please review the application for details.
Food & Bev: A City of Reno Business License (or a $15 seller'spermit available here) and a Washoe County Health Permit from Northern Nevada Public Health. (A temporary permit for NNPH can be found at nnph.org). If vendor is serving alcohol and does not have a catering permit to serve off premise of establishment, a $69 permit fee must be purchased and is also available here.

If you are sharing a booth with another vendor, each vendor must have a $15 temporart sellers permit or a City of Reno business license. At checkout, you would purchase two seller permits and one vendor ticket.
Each booth can also have up to two assistants/helpers. They do not need seller’s permits, but they do need entry passes. You will list them upon checking out your vendor ticket purchase.

Canopies are optional but encouraged for those hot afternoons in Downtown Reno. They must be weighted with at least 25 lbs on each leg for safety. We will be around to check and if not compliant, you will be asked to take your canopy down and may not be able to vend the next event.
Trash cans will be placed throughout the show. Please be sure to keep your areas clean and take whatever you brought with you, out with you. Any items left behind will be noted and may effect you being able to vend future events.
Restrooms are located in the back end of Locomotion Plaza and are ADA approved. See The Visitor Map under “FAQ Visitor Info” for location.
