I purchased my Vendor Ticket, What’s Next?

Once your ticket has been purchased, new Reno Antique Faire vendors must download the Vendor Application and email it to us at info@renoantiquefaire.com

Once we’ve processed your application, we will reach out within 3-5 business days regarding your submission.

Please Note: Purchasing a vendor ticket does not guarantee booth approval. We carefully review all applications to ensure a balanced variety of vendors and to manage space limitations. If we are unable to accommodate your booth, you will receive an email notification and a full refund.

If you do not have a Reno business license, you must purchase the $20 Special Event Permit, available below checkout as an add-on. We will submit the permit on your behalf. A Reno representative will be on-site to verify permits during the event. Please note that we do not collect any revenue from these permit fees—payments go directly to the City of Reno.

Vendors are responsible for compliance with all applicable resale and other license requirements, as well as the collection of all sales taxes.

  • Antique/Vintage vendor fee is $75 per event for a 12' x 10' space.

Food & Bev vendor fee is $125 per event for a 14’ x 20’ space.

  • No, once your application is approved, it’s valid for all Reno Antique Faire events unless otherwise noted

  • Antique/Vintage vendors can drive in and unload their inventory from 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM. After unloading, vendors will go park their cars and walk back in to complete setup. Vendors must be fully set up by 9:45 AM. Load-out begins at 4:30 PM, and all vendors must be off-site by 6:00 PM.

Food & Bev vendors setup time is from 8:45 AM - 9:45 AM

  • Antique/Vintage vendors will load in on E Second St via University Way from 7AM-8:45AM ONLY. Vendors will exit on E Commercial Row to park. Vendors will reenter after 4:30PM on E Second St to load up their vehicle and will exit E Commercial Row.

Food & Bev vendors will enter on E Commercial Row via University Way and exit the same way. Set up is from 8:45AM-9:45AM and breakdown begins at 4:00PM.

  • Street parking and downtown parking garages are free on Sundays. Cal Neva & El Dorado parking garages are closest if street parking isn’t available.

  • YES! Tables are available for vendors to rent for the day upon entry to the Faire. Please note how many you will need while checking out your Vendor Ticket purchase under the section labeled “Please also enter your top three booth locations.”

If you do not list the number of tables needed, we will not have them there for you to rent. Please also note the desired size tables you’d like.

Tables available to rent for the day:

    6’ X 3’ $20.00

    8’ X 3’ $20.00

  • Our event is focused on antique and vintage items, meaning, all items must be at least 25 years old.

If you are looking to inquire about handmade items, 100% of those items must be made from vintage or antique materials. Examples include:

    • Scrap metal sculptures made of old farm equipment

    • Clothing made from antique quilts or 70s towels

We also allow your booth a 70/30 concept. So if you have a booth with items that are antique/vintage and also want to sell some of your handmade leather goods, the booth must be 70% antique/vintage while 30% can be “new” handmade items.

This concept works great with friends that wants to share a booth in which one is an antique dealer and one is a crafter. So long as the 70/30 is followed.

This helps keep the Faire focused on vintage and antique finds while also allowing for some creative expression.

  • All vendor fees are non-refundable. If the event is canceled due to weather, your ticket will automatically roll over to the next month’s Faire.

  • Antique/Vintage vendors: A City of Reno Business License or a $20 Seller’s Day Permit (available to purchase under “Become a Vendor.”) We will submit that to the City of Reno on your behalf.

Food & Bev: A City of Reno Business License and a Washoe County Health Permit from Northern Nevada Public Health. (A temporary permit for NNPH can be found at nnph.org)

  • If you are sharing a booth with another vendor, each vendor must have a sellers permit or a City of Reno business license. So, at checkout, you would purchase two seller permits and one vendor ticket. (This is strictly for antique and vintage vendors).

Each booth can also have up to two assistants/helpers. They do not need seller’s permits, but they do need entry passes. You will list them upon checking out your vendor ticket purchase under the section “Please list names of any vendors sharing your booth or assistants.”

  • Canopies are optional but encouraged for those hot afternoons in Downtown Reno. They must be weighted with at least 20 lbs on each leg for safety. We will be around to check and if not compliant, you will be asked to take your canopy down and may not be able to vend the next event.

Trash cans will be placed throughout the show. Please be sure to keep your areas clean and take whatever you brought with you, out with you. Any items left behind will be noted and may effect you being able to vend with RAF again.

Restrooms are located in the back end of Locomotion Plaza and are ADA approved. See The Visitor Map under “FAQ Visitor Info” for location.

  • No, electricity is not available. Please plan accordingly.

Yes, security personnel will be on-site to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
