Please download desired application(s) and email the completed copy to: info@renoantiquefaire.com
Please review all of the rules and regulations on applications. You will agree to all the terms on the application when prompted at checkout.
Each vendor that has a City of Reno Business License and is vending for the first time at RAF, will need to fill out the application once to keep your license on file. This agreement is valid for all shows unless otherwise stated or any changes to the vendors licensing/address, etc. have occurred.
I purchased my Vendor Ticket, What’s Next?
Once your ticket has been purchased, we will reach out within 2-3 business days regarding your submission.
Please Note: Purchasing a vendor ticket does not guarantee booth approval. We carefully review all applications to ensure a balanced variety of vendors and to manage space limitations. If we are unable to accommodate your booth, you will receive an email notification and a full refund.
If you do not have a Reno business license, you must purchase the $20 Special Event Permit, available below checkout as an add-on. We will submit the permit on your behalf. A Reno representative will be on-site to verify permits during the event. Please note that we do not collect any revenue from these permit fees—payments go directly to the City of Reno.
Vendors are responsible for compliance with all applicable resale and other license requirements, as well as the collection of all sales taxes.

Our event is focused on antique and vintage items, meaning, all items must be at least 25 years old.
Two vendors maximum per show are allowed to showcase handmade items that are made using 100% vintage/antique materials only.
This helps keep the Faire focused on vintage and antique finds while also allowing for some creative expression.
-
All vendor fees are non-refundable. If the event is canceled due to weather, your ticket will automatically roll over to the next month’s Faire.
-
Antique/Vintage vendors: A City of Reno Business License or a $20 Seller’s Day Permit (available to purchase under “Become a Vendor.”) We will submit that to the City of Reno on your behalf.
Food & Bev: A City of Reno Business License and a Washoe County Health Permit from Northern Nevada Public Health. (A temporary permit for NNPH can be found at nnph.org)
-
If you are sharing a booth with another vendor, each vendor must have a sellers permit or a City of Reno business license. So, at checkout, you would purchase two seller permits and one vendor ticket. (This is strictly for antique and vintage vendors).
Each booth can also have up to two assistants/helpers. They do not need seller’s permits, but they do need entry passes. You will list them upon checking out your vendor ticket purchase under the section “Please list names of any vendors sharing your booth or assistants.”
-
Canopies are optional but encouraged for those hot afternoons in Downtown Reno. They must be weighted with at least 20 lbs on each leg for safety. We will be around to check and if not compliant, you will be asked to take your canopy down and may not be able to vend the next event.
Trash cans will be placed throughout the show. Please be sure to keep your areas clean and take whatever you brought with you, out with you. Any items left behind will be noted and may effect you being able to vend with RAF again.
Restrooms are located in the back end of Locomotion Plaza and are ADA approved. See The Visitor Map under “FAQ Visitor Info” for location.
