Get To Know Our Booths
Requesting your same booth location
If you are a returning vendor and would like to have your same booth location, you must purchase your ticket within 3 days of the website opening for the next show.
Our events take place the 3rd Sunday of each month June-October 2025. Around midnight after the latest event, those tickets open up for the following months show. Vendors have Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to purchase their ticket to claim their same booth location. After Wednesday at midnight, those booths become available to all purchasing tickets to vend.
There is only approximately 28 days between each event to grab those tickets so we cannot hold your booth longer than three days. This gives everyone a chance to obtain booths and for myself, not to have to track you down to find out if youre making the next show or not (although I love talking to each and every one of you 😉).
Examples include:
On August 18th, tickets will go on sale for September 21st. Returning vendors have until August 20th to purchase a ticket and claim their same location.
On September 22nd, tickets will go on sale for October 19th. Returning vendors have until September 24th to purchase a ticket and claim their same location.
Tickets purchased the week of the event will get an email and put on the 'Will Call' list with their booth information. No tickets will be sent for purchasing falling in that time frame.
Entrance roads and time slots for booth sections
Section A & D
You will enter on Commercial Row via University Way between 630am-700am. Please be sure to unload and move your vehicles as fast as possible. You will exit Commercial Row.
Section E
You will enter on E Second St between 7am-730am. You will exit on Commercial Row. You must leave Section B open for vendors to get around you to unload as well. IF your booth number E99-E102, you may enter on E Commercial and exit the same way.
Section B
You will enter on E Second St between 730am-830am. You will exit on Commercial Row. IF your booth number is B31-B34, you maybe enter on E Commercial Row and exit on E Commercial.
All vendors MUST begin packing up their things at 4pm. NO CARS WILL ENTER UNTIL YOUR BOOTHS ARE PACKED AND TENTS DISEMBELLED. When ready and your time slot is open, you will get your car and load up. The gates will NOT open until 430pm.
Section A & D will enter and exit the same way they came in between 430pm-500pm.
Section B is a smaller section, so they will begin load out at 430pm. Entering on E Second. IF your booths in Section B are B50-B56, you will also EXIT on E Second Street via the right side of the road.
Section E will begin load out at 4:45pm. This gives a small window for B to get started and vendors moved out. If your booths are E123-E128, you will also EXIT on E Second Street via the right side of the road.
The absolute LATEST your tent or vehicle and inventory is allowed on Virginia St is 6pm. The city comes and opens all roads and you will be fined for obstructing the sidewalks, roads, traffic, etc. Please do not allow this to happen. The fine will go directly to you.
