Contract submittal and approval only needs to be done once for the 2026 season and is valid for all RAF events (unless otherwise noted).
Please send the completed and signed page eight of the Seller Contract to:
Packaged goods vendors are located on Virginia Street, just off Commercial Row alongside the food truck section. This prime location sits near Locomotion Plaza, providing excellent visibility and customer traffic throughout the event.
Space is limited to five (5) packaged goods booths per event.
Please arrive between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM via University Way, then turn left onto East Commercial Row. Continue down Commercial Row and turn right onto Virginia Street, where you will proceed to your assigned booth location listed on your vendor ticket.
Unload your vehicle, then promptly exit via East Commercial Row and move your vehicle to off-site parking before completing your booth setup.
Vehicles are permitted back into the event beginning at 4:30 PM. Please have your booth completely packed before retrieving your vehicle. Re-enter using the same route as load-in, load your vehicle, and then exit the event.
Your vendor ticket includes maps showing the designated entrance and exit routes, booth location, setup times, and additional event-day instructions.
Before purchasing your first vendor ticket, please:
Submit and sign your Seller's Contract.
Ensure you have all required permits, licenses, and approvals needed to operate your business.
Review the Seller's Contract for all event rules, regulations, and policies.
Vendor tickets are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your space, rollover tickets are available only for cancellations received before the Friday prior to the event. A rollover is valid only for the immediately following Reno Antique Faire and cannot be carried over beyond that event.
Cancellations received on or after the Friday before the event, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a rollover or refund.
There are many licenses, permits, rules and obligations expected of vendors. All of which are laid out on the contract to which vendors are obligated to sign prior to vending. Please ensure to understand the responsibilities & expectations and agree to those terms before applying for RAF.
