June 21 Advertising/Information Booth Vendor Ticket
All sellers must review and sign the Seller Contract found on the previous page before purchasing a vendor ticket. TICKETS WILL NOT BE FULFILLED UNTIL CONTRACT IS RECIEVED AND APPROVED.
Contract submittal and approval only needs to be done once for the 2026 season and is valid for all RAF events (unless otherwise noted).

📣 Advertising & Information Booth – Locomotion Plaza
Advertising and information booths are located inside Locomotion Plaza, the central hub of the Reno Antique Faire and one of the most highly trafficked areas of the entire event.
This is prime exposure space—positioned where attendees gather, eat, relax, and spend time throughout the day. With an average of 6,500 attendees per event, Locomotion Plaza offers unmatched visibility for brands, organizations, and businesses looking to connect directly with the community.
At the back of the plaza, you’ll find restrooms and handwashing stations, driving continuous foot traffic. The plaza also features covered seating, tables, and lounge areas, making it a natural place for people to stop, engage, and interact with your booth.
📍 Booth Setup & Requirements
No trucks or vehicles are permitted inside the plaza
All booths may set up using:
A canopy
Tables and display materials within your 12x12 space
This section is strictly for:
Advertising booths & pre-packaged food vendors.
Information-based/community outreach booths
💡 You are encouraged to:
Display signage, banners, and branded materials
Hand out flyers, samples, or promotional items
Create an engaging, interactive presence
Load-In & Arrival
Arrival time: 8:00 AM sharp
Vendors may enter the plaza to unload materials with vehicles. After unloading, all vehicles must be moved immediately

Use the designated side gate closest to your booth number which will be listed on your ticket.

This is one of the highest traffic areas of the entire event
Booth space is limited to your assigned footprint—please plan accordingly
Failure to follow load-in and vehicle rules may result in delays or denied entry

If you do not have a City of Reno Business License you must purchase the $15 Temporary Seller Permit, which is available as an add-on below checkout. We will submit the payment to the city on your behalf. Please note that we do not collect any revenue from these permit fees—payments go directly to the City of Reno.
There are many licenses, permits, rules and obligations expected of vendors. All of which are laid out on the contract to which vendors are obligated to sign prior to vending. Please ensure to understand the responsibilities & expectations and agree to those terms before applying for RAF.
Refund Policy:
All vendor tickets are non-refundable. If show is canceled due to weather, your ticket will be rolled over to the following months show.
If for any reason your application is denied, your processed fee will be refunded. In any of these cases you will be notified.
