For September, the Reno Antique Faire will move over to Lake Street, where we’ll be set up underneath the iconic Old Reno Arch. The Faire will stretch from Mill to First Street, and we’ll also be partnering with the National Automobile Museum for this event!
All advertisment vendors will be placed on the patio of the National Automobile Museum, located under the Old Reno Arch and the very center of this months event. The museum is such a cool addition to the event, plus it gives attendees another place to explore during the day. I’ve attached a map so you can get an idea of what the new layout will look like. Vendors will enter for load in from 7:00 - 7:30 AM and will drive onto the museums patio to unload merchandise and move vehicles after unloading.
Your ticket will have your booth number, entrance, exit, arrival information, and anything else you need to know for the new location. The layout is pretty straightforward, and we’re all going to fill in, figure out our new surroundings, and go for it for the day!
All sellers must review and sign the Seller Contract found on the previous page before purchasing a vendor ticket.
Contract submittal and approval only needs to be done once for the 2026 season and is valid for all RAF events (unless otherwise noted).

Vendors may enter the plaza to unload materials with vehicles. After unloading, all vehicles must be moved immediately
