December 21st Vendor Ticket

Join Reno Antique Faire for the first holiday market on December 21st from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the National Bowling Stadium - 300 University Way

The booth sizes are 10’ x 10’. There will be no canopies allowed nor needed for this event. Vendors will be assigned specific time slots for set-up on either December 20th evening or December 21st morning of Faire.

Booth Placement & Load-In

Booth locations are assigned by RAF and based on:

Type of merchandise

Load-in requirements

Balanced distribution of similar vendor categories

There are no booth requests, as placements are curated to enhance the overall show layout and shopping experience.

Set-up time windows will be:

December 20th 4pm-7pm

December 21st 10am-1pm

Vendors that are only bring clothing, clothing racks, simple display set-ups and smaller vintage and antique items, will be assigned day-of time slots as well as University Way unloading location since the freight elevator won't be needed. (Vendors will still have an elevator to use as well as escalators if preferred).

For vendors bringing furniture, glassware and fragile items, all stored in containers will be assigned earlier slots so there is plenty of time to get everything in place.

Vendors will pull up vehicles to the freight elevator door located at 381 Lake St. A team member will be there to validate tickets and direct vendors for unload. Carts to move all inventory to booth spaces will be there for easy travel to assigned booth. after all inventory is in booth space, vendors will then park vehicle inside the centers FREE parking garage. Vendors can enter back in after parking to set-up display. Display set-up can take as much time as needed so long as it remains inside the 3 hour time window with an extra hour before the event begins at 2pm on the 21st.

California Vendor Rollover Policy

If snow on the mountain prevents any California vendor from attending the event, your ticket will roll over into the 2026 season.

You may use this rollover for any Faire during 2026, but must be used for the first event vendor is participating in. For example, if your first event of 2026 is in July, your rollover ticket will apply to that show.

Ticket Pricing & Permit Fees

Ticket Price: $125.00

Seller’s Permit Fee: $10.00

RAF Covers: 50% of the seller’s permit fee

This price reflects the premium venue, additional guest activities, and the cost of offering these experiences at no charge to attendees. As this is our first year at the Stadium, all logistics and pricing will be reviewed and adjusted as needed for future Holiday Markets. Tickets will return to $75.00 for the 2026 seven-show season.

If you are a rollover vendor traveling from California, you will be refunded $75.00 + $20.00 (if applicable) for a total of $95.00 toward your 2026 ticket. The remaining $40.00 will be retained by RAF to cover your seller’s permit and administrative costs. This is necessary as RAF will have an empty booth that likely cannot be filled in time. If you are able to fill your spot with adequate notice, consideration may be given for a free seller’s permit at a future event.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds or rollovers will be issued to any local vendors or vendors traveling within reasonable distances unless the Faire is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

Venue damage (e.g., broken pipes, fire, flooding)

Sudden venue closure

If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

Refunds will not be issued if a vendor cannot attend the rescheduled date.

If a new date cannot be arranged, all tickets will be refunded in full.

Please be patient as we finalize booth assignments, load-in times, and ticket distribution.

All vendors agree to the standard RAF event terms and conditions upon checkout.

These rules align with our recurring event application and cover general participation, booth conduct, and vendor responsibilities. Time slots and location is NOT valid on the application below, but have been stated here so please be sure to disregard that portion of the below application as its used only as a vendor guideline for the holiday market.

By purchasing a vendor ticket, you agree to the Vendor Rules and Guidelines found on the application. Please review all rules and agree to terms when checking out.

Please Note: Purchasing a vendor ticket does not guarantee booth approval. Vendors will be fully refunded and contacted within 3 business days if denied a vendor ticket.

If you do not have a Reno business license, you must purchase the $10 Special Event Permit, which is available as an add-on here. We will submit the permit on your behalf. Please note that we do not collect any revenue from these permit fees—payments go directly to the City of Reno.

Vendors are responsible for compliance with all applicable resale and other license requirements, as well as collection of all sales taxes, and shall hold Faire Operator harmless for any regulatory breach.
