Returning Vendor Booth Policy

Returning vendors may request their same booth by purchasing a ticket for the next event on or before the Wednesday following the previous event.

Please note: Booths may shift slightly to the left or right if a vendor cancels the day before or day of the event. In these cases, I do not chalk that booth and leave a 12’ gap—I simply skip that booth number, keeping the flow of the event consistent or giving vendors on either side an opportunity to spill into that space. Because of this, I cannot guarantee the exact same location each time. That said, I will always do my best to accommodate everyone as closely as possible.

By purchasing a vendor ticket, you agree to the Vendor Rules and Guidelines found on the application. Please review all rules and agree to terms when checking out.

Vendor Application

Please Note: Purchasing a vendor ticket does not guarantee booth approval. We carefully review all applications to ensure a balanced variety of vendors and to manage space limitations. If we are unable to accommodate your booth—you will receive an email notification and a full refund.

If you do not have a Reno business license, you must purchase the $20 Special Event Permit, which is available as an add-on below checkout. We will submit the permit on your behalf. A Reno representative will be on-site to verify permits during the event. Please note that we do not collect any revenue from these permit fees—payments go directly to the City of Reno.

Vendors are responsible for compliance with all applicable resale and other license requirements, as well as collection of all sales taxes, and shall hold Faire Operator harmless for any regulatory breach. 

Refund Policy:

All vendor tickets are non-refundable. If show is canceled due to weather, your ticket will be rolled over to the following months show.

If for any reason your application is denied, your processed fee will be refunded. In any of these cases you will be notified.
