The Reno Antique Faire takes place on the third Sunday of each month, April through November.
Current Show: April 19, 2026
Next Show: May 17, 2026
Booth Details & Pricing
All booth spaces are located on North Virginia Street between First Street and Fourth Street.
Booth Size: 12 ft wide (extending along the curb) × 10 ft deep (extending into the center of the street)
Single Booth: $85
Double Booth: $170
Corner Booth: $95
City of Reno Requirement (Temporary Seller Permit)
If you do NOT hold a City of Reno Business License, you are required to purchase a Temporary Seller’s Permit for each event.
Cost: $15 per vendor, per show
This permit is ONLY required if you do not have a City of Reno Business License
Permits are issued under the event vendor list submitted to the City (no individual permit number is issued)
State of Nevada Requirement (Sales & Use Tax)
All vendors must comply with Nevada Sales & Use Tax requirements.
This requirement is outlined in detail in the Seller’s Contract, including:
How to obtain a Sales & Use Tax permit
You are required to have one if participating in more than two Reno Antique Faires per year
Refund & Rollover Policy
All vendor tickets are non-refundable. If show is canceled due to weather, your ticket will be rolled over to the following months show.
If for any reason your application is denied, your processed fee will be refunded. In any of these cases you will be notified.
Returning Vendor Booth Policy
Returning vendors may request their same booth by purchasing a ticket for the next event on or before the Wednesday following the previous event.
Please note: Booths may shift slightly to the left or right if fellow sellers cancel. In these cases, RAF does not chalk the canceled vendors booth lines and leave a 12’ gap— instead, those booth numbers are simply skipped, leaving no gaps between vendors. We have found that empty booth spaces gives other vendors an opportunity to use that space to their advantage- creating “unfair” circumstances to surrounding vendors.
