VENDOR TICKETS & INFORMATION

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

NEW VENDORS — HOW TO GET STARTED

STEP 1: Review the Seller's Contract, complete and sign page 8, and email it to info@renoantiquefaire.com.

STEP 2: Wait for approval before purchasing your vendor ticket.

STEP 3: Once approved, you may purchase tickets for any remaining event during the 2026 season without submitting another contract.

Your approved Seller's Contract is valid for the entire 2026 season.

TICKET AVAILABILITY

- Tickets go on sale at 12:00 a.m. Monday, immediately following each monthly event.

- Tickets are sold one event at a time, approximately 30 days in advance.

- Advance reservations for future events and season passes are not available.

- All tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

IF VENDOR TICKETS ARE NOT MARKED "SOLD OUT," THEY ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE.

This applies even during the week of the event. There is no need to contact us to confirm availability.

RETURNING VENDORS — KEEP YOUR BOOTH.

Want your same booth location for the next event?

Purchase your ticket Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday immediately following the previous event.

Beginning Thursday, all unpurchased booths become available to other vendors, and previous booth locations are no longer guaranteed.

BOOTH SIZES & PRICING

All booths are located on North Virginia Street between First Street and Fourth Street in downtown Reno.

Standard Booth Size: 12 ft wide × 10 ft deep

- Single Booth: $85 + $20 permit fee

- Double Booth: $170 + $20 permit fee

- Corner Booth: $95 + $20 permit fee

Purchasing multiple booths?

Two or three booths purchased together are automatically assigned side by side. Multiple booths will not be separated.

$20 CITY OF RENO SELLER'S PERMIT

The $20 City of Reno Temporary Seller's Permit fee is already included in your ticket purchase.

Have a City of Reno Business License?

Enter your license number when prompted at checkout. Once verified, the $20 permit fee will be refunded.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & ROLLOVERS

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

- Cancellations received before Friday immediately preceding the event are eligible for a one-time ticket rollover.

- Rollover tickets are valid only for the immediately following event.

- If you cannot attend that next event, your rollover becomes void.

- Cancellations received Friday or later, including no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or rollover.

CHOOSING YOUR BOOTH & CHECKOUT

Before purchasing, please review the Event Map and FAQ located on our Become a Vendor page.

These resources provide information about:

- Booth locations and event sections

- Vendor load-in and load-out times

- Permitted merchandise, including handmade items

- Event rules and vendor requirements

During checkout, you will be asked questions about your business and preferred booth location. Please complete these accurately so we can assign your space and prepare your vendor ticket.

IMPORTANT — LOAD-IN & LOAD-OUT

Every event section has a designated load-in and load-out window.

Please review the schedule and procedures outlined in your Seller's Contract before purchasing.

Following these assigned times is essential for a safe, organized event and a smooth setup and breakdown for everyone.
